Salmon Fishing on the Squamish River, British Columbia, Canada
The Squamish River offers unparalleled scenery 70 Minutes from downtown Vancouver and has Chum, Coho and Pink salmon. From the drive on the world famous 'Sea to Sky' highway to a river valley tucked between 8,000 ft peaks it is a worthwhile adventure. The Squamish river offers a great run of Chum salmon from early October to mid Novermber. These fish are hours from the ocean, chrome silver and full of energy! The Coho salmon are best from mid October to mid November and are eager to take spoons or flies. Pink salmon are available in odd numbered years from late july to mid August. Squamish river trips are walk and wade style, but jet boat trips can be arranged for multiple day excursions based on availability. Salmon Fishing on the Harrison River, British Columbia, Canada
Harrison River fishing is famous for very big Chinook salmon, and Bald Eagles, but also for huge runs of Chum, Pink and Sockeye salmon. Coho are also present in this system. Every year Chinook salmon return from September to October and reach weights of over 70 lbs! These fish are caught using plugs and spoons mostly but fly fishers can catch them too. Some casting skill is required however. Harrison River fishing trips require jet boat. Harrison River also has a good number of Sturgeon from September to December. The Harrison River is a major tributary of the Fraser River and often we will fish both rivers when fish dictates such. Check Rates

The Pitt River is world famous and for a good reason: plenty of fish in a remote boat or heli access only location close to Vancouver. The Pitt has all 5 species of pacific salmon and miles of fishable river.
